JSC Liberty Bank is seeking for the Head of Data Warehouse unit who is experienced in software development and data analysis by using Oracle Technologies.

Key responsibilities:

** Work on multiple projects/tasks, prioritizing and organizing tasks to maximize productivity; and deliver high quality work on time;
** Apply good technical practices such as re-factoring & continuous integration;
** Demonstrate excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Essential technical skills required:

** Education: Bachelor or Master in Information Technologies, Computer Science.
** Experience in managing Data Warehousing Team in a role where you supervised IT/Technical work groups to include budgeting, strategic planning, technical direction, and staff coaching/mentoring;
** Related responsible experience working with large and complex data warehouse systems with hands-on data architecture experience;
** Experience with Data Warehouse Architecture, ETL, Database & SQL performance tuning;
** Experience in data profiling, designing & developing logical & physical data model using data warehouse methodologies, including Star schema - Star- joined schemas, conformed dimensions data architecture, early/late binding techniques;
** 2+ years commercial Oracle and/or MS SQL Database Developer experience;
** Experience in designing & creating databases in Oracle OLTP applications;
** Extensive experience in identifying performance issues, debugging and performance tuning using SQL Trace, Explain plan, Indexing, Hints, Partitioning and Oracle Code Coverage Utilities;
** Extensive experience in data migration techniques.

Desired:

** Experience of working with core banking system is a plus;
** Experience of working with Agile methods e.g. Scrum;
** Knowledge of network and security architecture is a plus.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

** Highly energetic, self-motivated individual willing to learn new technologies;
** Strong commitment in establishing and maintaining development best practices and Web technology standards;
** Ability to develop, monitor, and track the progress of multiple projects;
** Ability to technologically lead and mentor a team of 2-3 junior and mid-level developers, including performing hands-on development and code reviews;
** Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while managing both strategic and tactical deliverables;
** Excellent communication skills and understanding of industry trends;
** Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements and design solutions based on those requirements.
