Deloitte Consulting Overseas Projects LLC is announcing an opening Long-term position for the Training/Donor Coordination Specialist for USAID funded Governing for Growth in Georgia (G4G) Project.

Position objective is to support the Employee`s supervisor and G4G Project team members in the successful implementation of all aspects of the Project`s Work Plan.

The selected candidate shall start on or about January 22, 2018. The assignment will last until June 30, 2019.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The Employee shall use his/her education, experience, knowledge of international best practices, and additional understanding gleaned from the background to accomplish the following tasks:

** Provide support to a Communications Manager in public relations, communication and outreach activities for the project;
** Support G4G components in organizing events, workshops, conferences, study tours and trainings;
** Manage project deliverables collection and accurate tracking;
** Coordinating information collection for weekly reports - editing, formatting and working with related components for its finalization. Contribute to monthly, annual, quarterly report preparation as well;
** Coordinate gender related activities for the project;
** Support project PMP Advisor in data collection for business surveys;
** Contribute to other deliverables as needed.


** At least 3 years of working experience;
** Fluent in Georgian and English;
** The ability to develop relations with partner organizations and other external bodies;
** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
** Excellent writing skills (English and Georgian) to convey ideas clearly, concisely and logically.
** University degree is required; Master`s degree in Business Administration is desirable.
