Deloitte Consulting Overseas Project LLC is announcing an opening Long-term position for the Financial Analyst for USAID funded Governing for Growth in Georgia (G4G) Project.

Position objective is to support the Employee`s supervisor and G4G Project team members in the successful implementation of all aspects of the Project`s Work Plan.

The selected candidate shall start on or about January 22, 2018. The assignment will last until June 30, 2019.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The Employee shall use his/her education, experience, knowledge of international best practices, and additional understanding gleaned from the background to accomplish the following tasks:

** Analyze the existing power markets and institutional relations, responsibilities and functions;
** Support GNERC in developing market monitoring processes for the electricity market;
** Support GNERC in examining the financial aspects of unbundling the network activities and the retail supply activities from the two existing electricity distribution companies;
** Analyze Electricity Market processes in Georgia;
** Provide capacity building efforts on competitive market designs, best practices and other related area;
** Support Component Lead in overseeing grant activities related to the energy component;
** Provide on demand technical assistance to Georgian National Energy And Water Supply Regulatory Commission, Successor of Ministry of Energy, Georgian State Electro System, Electricity System Commercial Operator;
** Work with Energy Component Team and Grantees on ETM related RIAs.

Qualifications/Skills:

** At least 3 years of the working experience in Electricity Sector;
** Master`s Degree in Finance or Business Administration;
** Experience in RIA implementation;
** Fluent in Georgian and English;
** The ability to develop relations with partner organizations and other external bodies;
** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
** Excellent writing skills (English and Georgian) to convey ideas clearly, concisely and logically.
