Human Resource and Training Manager

Are you an experienced Human Resource and Training Manager with a passion for hospitality and a desire to be part of an exciting pre-opening team? We are seeking a talented individual with a background in international branded hotels, to join us in this key role. If you have experience with Micros and a strong commitment to staff development and operational excellence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

** Pre-Opening Expertise: Contribute to the successful launch of our new property by leading pre-opening human resource and training initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training program development, develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the hotel`s goals and objectives.
** Human Resource Management: Oversee all aspects of human resource management, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
** Training and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
** Staff Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for various positions within the organization, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
** Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support to management and staff as needed.
** Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, motivation, and retention.
** Technology Proficiency: Utilize systems for HR management and training purposes, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications:

** Proven experience as a Human Resource and Training Manager, preferably in international branded hotels with pre-opening experience.
** Familiarity with HR management systems.
** Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
** Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
** Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
** Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
** Fluency in English and Georgian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
** Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
** Bachelor`s degree in Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
