Evolvex is pleased to announce openings for the position of Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative (CSR) for an international project.
As a CSR, you will act as a liaison, providing product and service information, answering inquiries, and resolving emerging account-related issues with accuracy and efficiency. To succeed in this role, you should remain calm and professional in all situations and possess strong PC and software navigation skills. If necessary, Evolvex will provide selected candidates with the required hardware and conduct detailed training to ensure a smooth adaptation.
This position is remote.
Key Responsibilities:
** Process written customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
** Provide comprehensive advice and clarify customer questions.
** Process customer data and transaction records.
** Maintain communication with the manager, stay updated on news, and engage in feedback sessions.
Requirements:
** Intermediate proficiency in both Dutch and English (speaking and writing).
** High level of proficiency in PC usage and typing skills.
** Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts and weekends.
