The role: Facility & Maintenance Manager
As a Facility & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that IMM`s physical environment, infrastructure and technical systems operate at the highest standards. This role is critical to maintaining safety, reliability and comfort across the entire medical ecosystem.
You will oversee facility operations, maintenance processes and external contractors, working closely with internal teams to ensure that the space consistently supports both patient experience and clinical excellence.
What you`ll do:
** Manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring all buildings, systems and equipment function efficiently;
** Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for technical, mechanical and utility systems;
** Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards relevant to medical facilities;
** Coordinate and manage external service providers, vendors and contractors;
** Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures and documentation;
** Monitor facility-related budgets, costs and resource usage;
** Respond promptly to technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations;
** Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety and sustainability of the facility.
What we`re looking for:
** Proven experience in facility management, maintenance or a similar operational role;
** Strong understanding of building systems, technical infrastructure and safety standards;
** Experience in healthcare, hospitality or complex service environments is an advantage;
** Experience working with contractors, suppliers and service providers;
** High sense of responsibility, ownership and attention to detail;
** Ability to plan proactively while effectively handling urgent issues;
** Reliability, problem-solving mindset and a hands-on approach.
