Recruitment of Earthworks Subcontractor for Section KM 0+440 to KM 4+940 of the Stepantsminda-Gveleti Road, Georgia (Lot 1)
1. Location of Works: Kazbegi Municipality (Near the town of Stepantsminda)
2. Main Scope of Works: Earthwork excavation for temporary access roads, loading, and transportation to the designated spoil ground.

Quotation Requirements:
** The quantities listed are provisional. Final quantities for settlement shall be based on measured cross-sections, not exceeding the design quantities and confirmed quantities.
** The planned construction period is from October 15, 2025, to January 15, 2025 (approximately three months).
** The unit price shall include all costs for equipment, labor, fuel, etc., and shall bear all risks during construction.
** Bidders must consider road traffic conditions and potential road closures in their offer. Road closure measures will be implemented by the project; however, the specific timing of closures will depend on the construction progress.
** Excavators must be large models (Model 300 or above). Excavators and dump trucks must be in good working condition.
** No advance payment will be made for this project. Payment will be made within 30 days after the mutual confirmation of completed quantities for each billing period.
