Program: WISE (Women`s Initiative for Security and Equity)
Contract Type: Organizational Contract
Date of Announcement: 30 September 2025
Deadline for Submission: 8 October 2025
The WISE program is supported by the U.S. Department of State and implemented in Georgia and Armenia by Mercy Corps Georgia.
Throughout the program, Mercy Corps, in collaboration with local organizations, has worked to raise awareness on issues related to violence against women and girls (VAWG) and violent extremism (VE), as well as elaborating mechanisms for responding to different forms of violence against women. In both countries, the program activities focused on strengthening the skills and knowledge of local women leaders and enhancing the capacities of women-led and women-serving CSOs.
At the program conclusion, an endline study will be conducted with the program participants and stakeholders to assess changes in attitudes and behaviors attributable to program interventions.
Mercy Corps WISE invites research organizations to submit proposals to conduct the endline study of the WISE program in Georgia and Armenia.
