HOME STAGE is a modern-standard showroom for furniture and home accessories, actively growing in the Georgian market. The company is seeking a Head of Sales Manager who will lead the sales team and become one of the key drivers of the company`s growth and success.
Vacancy: Head of Sales Manager
Location: Batumi, 60 Haidar Abashidze St.
Key Responsibilities:
** Developing, implementing, and managing the overall sales strategy
** Leading the sales team: coordination, monitoring, and development
** Optimizing daily team operations and improving performance
** Setting sales plans and being accountable for their execution
** Analyzing sales results and preparing periodic reports for management
** Implementing and managing individual and team motivation systems
** Establishing customer service standards and ensuring quality control
** Ensuring the effective use of CRM systems in the sales process
** Researching competitors and monitoring market trends
** Increasing the conversion rate of showroom visitors
** Supporting employee professional development and organizing internal trainings
Requirements:
** Minimum of 2 years` experience in sales management (experience in real estate or furniture sales is a plus)
** Proven experience in team leadership and coordination
** Sales-oriented mindset and quick decision-making skills
** Strong analytical and strategic thinking
** Excellent communication and negotiation skills
** Well-organized and detail-oriented
** Knowledge of office programs and CRM systems is an advantage
** Proficiency in Georgian, English, and Russian (spoken level)
