Buckswood International School - Tbilisi is announcing a vacancy for the position of A Level History Teacher for the 2025-2026 academic year at its Tskneti campus.
Key Responsibilities:
** Teach Cambridge International A Level History (AS & A2);
** Design structured and engaging lesson plans;
** Develop students` analytical, essay-writing, and argumentation skills;
** Integrate the use of primary and secondary historical sources;
** Prepare students for written exams and independent research;
** Participate in departmental planning and school academic projects.
Requirements:
** Degree in History or a related humanities field;
** Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching A Level History (Cambridge experience is essential);
** Fluency in English (all instruction is in English);
** Strong understanding of historical analysis and essay-based assessment;
** Interest in discussion-based and inquiry-led learning.
