We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth.
Your responsibilities:
** Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets;
** Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients;
** Present company solutions and services to customers, understand business needs and propose appropriate solutions;
** Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing;
** Prepare commercial proposals, presentations and sales documentation;
** Conduct negotiations with decision-makers and key stakeholders Collaborate closely with consulting, delivery and marketing teams to ensure successful customer engagement;
** Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting within CRM systems;
** Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growt.
Requirements:
** Experience in B2B sales or business development;
** Strong communication and negotiation skills;
** Results-oriented and proactive mindset;
** Ability to build long-term client relationships;
** English - Intermediate level or higher.
Will be a plus:
** Experience in IT sales;
** Understanding of ERP, CRM or Microsoft solutions;
** Experience working with corporate clients.
