Intercompany Accountant & Cost Controller is responsible for verifying and processing various bills and documents related to accounts payable, for intercompany billing and accounting activities, and ensuring accurate and timely financial data processing in SAP.
Location: Tbilisi
Job Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
** Verify and process vendor invoices in company systems;
** Issue intercompany bills;
** Monitor, reconcile and clear intercompany accounts;
** Participate in testing of new IT solutions related to these duties;
** Maintain vendor master data in the company`s systems;
** Organize primary documents related to intercompany accounts;
** Prepare reports for direct management
What you`ll need:
** Bachelor`s degree in finance, Accounting or a related field
** Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance or a similar position
** Good accounting and data processing skills
** Good knowledge of MS Office, strong/advanced Excel.
** Experience working with SAP will be considered an advantage
** Fluent in Georgian and English, both written and spoken
** Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent organization skills
