LAMI Architects is a boutique, design-led architecture studio based in Dubai, known for bold ideas, beautiful spaces, and sharp execution. Our Tbilisi studio is growing, and we`re looking for an Architect to join the team delivering high-end architecture projects across the UAE, KSA, and the wider region.
You`ll work alongside our Tbilisi Studio Lead and collaborate directly with the Dubai design team — real projects, real responsibility, from day one.
What you will be doing:
** Develop concept designs into full BIM / DD / CD packages (Revit proficiency required)
** Produce coordinated, high-quality drawing sets to international standards
** Coordinate across disciplines (structure, MEP, interiors) during DD/CD phases
** Support design development with 3D modelling and design studies
** Collaborate daily with our Dubai team on live regional projects
You Should Have:
** 2+ years of experience in architectural design and technical delivery
** Strong Revit skills; comfortable with AutoCAD and BIM workflows
** Solid understanding of detailing, materials, and construction logic
** Good spoken and written English; able to present and discuss work clearly
** A mindset that blends precision, curiosity, and team spirit
Bonus Points:
** Interior design capability — FF&E, joinery detailing, material palettes, or interior documentation experience is a real plus (we deliver full interior scopes on hospitality and residential projects)
** Visualisation skills (Enscape, D5, Lumion, or similar)
** Experience with international firms or export-market projects
** You love making things better, faster, cleaner
Location and Setup:
** Role based in Tbilisi (hybrid — studio at D Block, Kostava St.)
** Full-time, long-term role with clear growth path as the studio scales
** Competitive salary based on experience
