Role Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. The HR Specialist will support the implementation of human resources policies, manage recruitment processes, and assist in employee development initiatives. Daily responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities, maintaining HR records, supporting performance management, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
** Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
** Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
** Support performance management and employee development programs
** Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
** Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters
** Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and solutions
** Contribute to employee engagement and organizational culture-building activities
Qualifications
** Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures
** Experience in recruitment and HR administration
** Excellent communication and organizational skills
** Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
** Experience in retail or FMCG industry is an advantage
** Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
