We are currently looking for a Recruiter for Truck Owners to join our growing team!
office based in Batumi
Full-Time
Work with an international team
Working Hours:
** U.S. Timezone: 7 AM — 4 PM EST
** Georgian Time: 16:00 — 01:00
What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
** High-volume recruitment of truck owners (Sprinters, Box Trucks)
** Collecting and managing onboarding documentation
** Conducting 25−30 short interviews daily
** Adding and updating candidate profiles in our CRM system
** Experience in logistics or recruiting in the U.S. trucking industry is a strong advantage!
Requirements:
** English level B2 or higher (spoken and written)
** Strong communication skills and ability to handle conflict professionally
** Attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
Salary: Starting from $600/month base salary + performance bonuses
