LJRC is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Assigner / Job Dispatch Coordinator — US Customers (Night Shift).
Location: [remote/Work from home]
Salary: 2, 800 GEL per month
Schedule: Monday-Friday, [17:00-04:00] Tbilisi time (US business hours)
Experience required: Working with US company — full training provided
About the role:
We work with customers across the United States. As an Assigner, you are the voice of the company: you speak with US customers by phone, understand what job they need done, and assign that job to the right local contractor in their area — then follow it through to completion.
This is a phone-first role. You will spend most of your day talking to people. If you enjoy speaking English every day and solving small problems quickly, you will do well here.
What you will do:
** Answer inbound calls from US customers and call back new enquiries
** Confirm job details, address, timing and price with the customer
** Assign the job to an available contractor and confirm the appointment
** Keep customers updated by phone, SMS and email until the job is done
** Log everything accurately in our system
** Follow up after the job to make sure the customer is happy
What we are looking for:
** Strong spoken English — confident, clear and comfortable on the phone with native US speakers. This is the single most important requirement.
** A calm, friendly and professional telephone manner
** Good organisation — you will handle several jobs at once
** Reliability and punctuality, especially for the evening shift
** Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, web-based systems)
** Ability to work [17:00-04:00] Tbilisi time to cover the US day
No previous experience is required. We provide full paid training on our systems, scripts, pricing and processes. Candidates from call centre, dispatch, hospitality, tourism, sales or customer service backgrounds are welcome, but we will train the right person from scratch.
