Salary & Working Conditions:
** Salary: Base salary of $800 + up to $200 performance bonus
** Location: Atrium Business Center (On-site)
** Working Hours: 8-hour shifts
** Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
** As a Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
** Handling inbound phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
** Assisting customers with product-related questions and technical issues
** Processing payments, orders, and returns
** Providing accurate information and excellent customer service
** Maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude during customer interactions
** Collaborating with team members to ensure the best customer experience
** You will always have access to the necessary tools, training, and support fr om the team, and we rely on your professionalism, communication skills, and dependability.
Requirements:
** Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
** Customer-oriented mindset
** Basic computer skills
** Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
** Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
