PCB CAD Engineer role in the Signal Integrity team of Cisco, a worldwide leader in networking, through INFINITUM/PTEC in Silicon Valley, California.
Job description:
Working from Georgia with Cisco through INFINITUM/PTEC and joining a dynamic engineering team focused on cutting-edge switching and routing solutions. The selected candidate will work on PCB design, schematic review, stackup planning, and board-level implementation for high-speed and high-power electronic systems.
The selected candidate will work with teams in Silicon Valley, California, remotely from Georgia. The role is expected to require 40 hours per week, including 8-11 PM Georgian time to overlap with California working hours.
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
** Ability to read, understand, and design schematic diagrams
** 3+ years of practical experience in PCB design, working with Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer, or KiCad
** Practical experience with different PCB stackup structures
** Experience working with high-speed signals and high-power/power delivery designs
** Good communication skills
** Willingness to constantly learn new technologies and develop technical skills
** Problem-solving skills and ability to explain tasks clearly with teammates
** Fluent spoken and written English
