Client Project Manager (Legal Background) — Paliani Business Consulting (PBC) (Hybrid, full-time; part-time possible), Tbilisi (Vake).
Paliani Business Consulting (PBC) is a Tbilisi-based consulting firm working with international founders, Web3/IT companies, SMEs, enterprise clients, and investors/ (U)HNWIs. We help clients execute business-critical tasks in Georgia and globally: from incorporation to banking, contracts, licensing, and ongoing legal/ops support.
We`re hiring one person (Junior or Lead — depends on your level): a Client Project Manager with a strong Georgian legal background who can run client projects end-to-end and keep everything structured, documented, and on time.
Compensation: 1, 000-5, 000 GEL net / month (based on experience and involvement)
Start: ASAP
Format: Hybrid (office in Vake, Tbilisi + online)
Schedule: 10:00-19:00 (1 hour lunch)
What you will do:
** Manage client projects from intake to delivery (scope, timelines, checklists, documentation, follow-ups).
** Lead client communication: clarify needs, set expectations, provide updates, keep decisions documented.
** Coordinate work across stakeholders (lawyers, accountants, notaries, banks, partners).
Handle or coordinate tasks across:
** company registration
** contracts and legal documentation
** HR/legal ops
** licensing
** bank accounts
** tax structuring coordination
** investor documents
** -Track risks, deadlines, and dependencies; escalate issues early with solution options.
What we expect:
Must be physically based in Tbilisi and confident in Georgian law/practice (this is the top priority).
Junior: 0-1 / 1-2 years relevant experience
Lead: 3-5+ years relevant experience
English B2+ required, Georgian required, Russian is a big plus.
Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, client-facing communication.
Tools: experience with ClickUp / CRM / Google Drive is a big plus.
International law knowledge is a strong bonus (not required).
