We are inviting to our team Barman.
Responsibilities:
** Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages.
** Interact with guests/customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
** Make suggestions based on guests/customers tastes and preferences.
** Assess guests/customers` needs and preferences and make recommendations.
** Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits.
** Open and maintain tabs throughout the shift.
** Be able to participate in designing bar menu.
** Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
** Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest/customer experience.
** Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
** Process payment.
Requirements and skills:
** Working experience as a Barman.
** Excellent knowledge of serving drinks.
** Computer literacy.
** Proficiency in English. Additional languages will be an advantage.
** Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
** The ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
** Impeccable guest/customer service and social perceptiveness.
** Ability to evaluate guest/customer satisfaction and be responsive.
** Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments.
** Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
