Roche Georgia is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Medical Partner / Medical Enabler (Part-Time, 6-Month Contract).

Duration: 6 months (with potential to extend)

About the Role

At our organization, we put patients and science at the center of all actions. The Medical Partner / Medical Enabler acts as a purpose-driven, experienced, and passionate medical expert responsible for driving medical strategy and building scientific partnerships.

In this specific role, your primary focus will be supporting the affiliate in the planning, running, and implementation of Real-World Evidence (RWE) and evidence-generation projects. You will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to discover unmet medical needs along the patient journey.

Core Accountabilities

1.EG/RWE Generation & Management

** Strategic Planning: Develops the local "Integrated Evidence Plan" (IEP) and conducts deep-dive data gap analyses.
** Study Management: Identifies and implements Real-World Evidence (RWE/RWD), Non-Interventional Studies (NIS), and Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS). Collaborates in the management and coordination of evidence-generation studies across different therapeutic areas.
** Data Analysis & Communication: Generates and communicates medical evidence that helps practitioners, patients, and payers make good healthcare decisions.

2. Medical Expertise & Strategy

** Medical Expert: Acts as a scientific content expert in the relevant disease area throughout the entire product lifecycle.
** Strategic Architect: Leads the formulation of the integrated medical strategy, taking into account local business needs, regulatory environments, and market access considerations.

3. Partnerships, Insights & Network Way of Working

** Stakeholder Engagement: Establishes strong peer-to-peer relationships and strategic partnerships with leading Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs), thought leaders, and external organizations.
** Insight Generation: Systematically collects and analyzes clinical practice insights to adapt and inform the medical strategy.
** Knowledge Sharing: Maintains and updates training materials, presentations, and internal documentation related to evidence generation. Internalizes the network way of working through transparent sharing of knowledge and resources.

Required Competencies and Experience

Education & Qualifications

** Mandatory: Medical doctor (Graduates in Health Sciences or Life Sciences preferred).
** A PhD degree is considered a plus/advantage.

Professional Experience

** Clinical Trial Experience: Proven experience in the development, implementation, and running of clinical trials and studies; a deep understanding of how clinical trials are run is a must.
** Data Analysis: Experience and professional knowledge in the principles and techniques of data analysis, statistics, interpretation, and clinical relevance.
** Industry Experience: Established professional experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including knowledge of overall drug discovery, development, and commercialization processes.
** Publications: Experience writing clinical publications and delivering scientific presentations.
** Regulatory Environment: Solid knowledge of ICH, GCP, and local regulations, with the ability to operate within a compliance-led environment.
