Job Summary:
Supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Office, including recruitment, employee development, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. Assists in delivering HR services that support business success and meet the needs of associates while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Candidate Profile:
** High school diploma or GED with 2 years of HR, operations, or related experience
OR
** 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (no experience required)
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage recruitment and hiring activities, including interviews, job fairs, and candidate selection
** Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
** Support employee relations, communication, and performance documentation
** Manage benefits administration, unemployment claims, and workers` compensation
** Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and safety standards
