Join us! - we are looking for motivated professionals to take over the position of Trade marketing manager with duty station in Tbilisi.
Main accountabilities:
** Execute Customer, Sales and Shopper activation in Georgia and Armenia
** Deliver snacks, dairy and baby food category sales activation agenda
** Develop and implement commercial plans to contribute to annual objectives of business unit (volume, revenue, profit, productivity) and trade marketing objectives such as execution standards, trade equipment and customer/shopper promo
** Bring PEPSICO brands as much closer to the end consumer as possible by cooperating with strategic sales channels and Go-To-Markets
** Develop and maintain the promo calendar by chain / slot / SKU / discount depth, ensuring clear version control and timelines.
** Align promo plan with Marketing calendar (launches, brand initiatives) to ensure coherence between marketing activities and promotional actions
** Conduct post-promo analysis and consolidate learnings for the next planning cycle
** Develop and implement in-store execution standards based on marketing strategy and business priorities in line with agreed PEPCISO approach
** Manage annual process of Trade equipment Assessment, Planning, Installation, Performance evaluation
** Lead execution of trade marketing, annual plan preparation including retail objectives, equipment, commercial calendars, budgets, TM programs.
Candidate profile:
** Higher education in Economics, Marketing, Management or equivalent area
** 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, sales with leadership experience in FMCG sector
** Experienced MS office user, particularly Excel and PPT
** Fluent in Georgian and English
** Decisiveness and results oriented
** Strong problem solver and analytical skills owner
** Clear, effective and persuasive communication skills
** Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving and changing environment
