About the Role: We are looking for a creative and data-driven person to manage the content and visual design of our Shopify store. Your goal is to create a premium shopping experience and constantly improve it. Workload: Flexible, max. 10 hours per week (depending on demand)
Language Requirement: German (Level B2 minimum) and English
Your Responsibilities:
** Content Management: Uploading and arranging product data, descriptions, and banners in Shopify.
** UX/UI Layouts: Designing and optimizing the storefront using Shopify`s theme editor.
** A/B Testing: Actively running and analyzing A/B tests to improve the user experience and conversion rates.
** German Copywriting: Managing and checking German texts and descriptions (German level B2 is required).
** Optimization: Identifying weak points in the shop and suggesting visual or content-based improvements.

Your Profile:
** German Skills: Minimum B2 level (you should be able to handle German shop content confidently).
** A/B Testing Knowledge: You understand the principles of testing different layouts/buttons/texts to see what works best.
** Design Eye: Strong sense of aesthetics, spacing, and user guidance.
** Shopify Experience: Familiar with the Shopify backend (Themes, Products, Pages).
** Reliability: You are organized and can work independently without fixed hours.
