Support Operations Engineer - Managed Services (Tbilisi, Hybrid)

Join our Managed Service Hub in Tbilisi and help shape a modern IT service experience. You`ll provide 24/7, 2nd level support for client infrastructures on AWS and Microsoft Azure, working in shifts to ensure round-the-clock availability.
What you`ll do:
** Operate and support customer applications, databases, storage, cloud, containers, and virtualization services
** Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Dynatrace, CloudWatch
** Basic understanding of programming languages like SQL, Java or experience with CI/CD pipelines
** Document incidents and contribute to team knowledge using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
** Improve monitoring, IT processes, and service quality
What we`re looking for:
** Background as IT system administrator, application administrator, site reliability engineer, or similar (enthusiastic newcomer`s welcome!)
** Good understanding of IT problem-solving, Windows/Linux, SQL, and IT service management
** Solution-oriented, reliable, team player with strong English skills
