Nestlé Georgia is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Sales Controller (SAP Implementation Project).
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Contract Duration: 18 months (project-based position with potential for extension)
Nestlé, the world`s largest food and beverage company, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Controller to join our team in Georgia for a temporary assignment focused on a major SAP implementation project. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the monitoring and control of sales financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Analysis:
** Active participation in planning and data analysis from a profitability perspective at the level of customers, categories, and products.
** Conduct business profitability analysis by customers and sales channels.
Financial Reporting:
** Regular preparation of reports on the company`s sales financial indicators.
** Preparation of comments in accordance with internal norms and procedures.
Management Reporting: Prepare and deliver financial reports for local management, providing insights into performance, variances, and trends.
SAP Project Implementation:
** E2E Validation: Participate in End-to-End (E2E) process description, alignment, and validation.
** Testing: Execute Market Acceptance Tests (MAT) and validate system behavior.
** Procedures: Update financial procedures and guidelines based on new system requirements.
Cost Control:
** Control and analyze actual marketing expenses versus budget.
** Identify deviations and take timely action to prevent budget overruns.
Technical Closing and Calculations:
** Prepare the monthly technical closing in the system for the revenue part of corporate reporting and analyze results.
** Prepare financial calculations upon request from financial and commercial management in line with instructions and deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
** University degree in Economics or Finance.
** At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis and control.
** Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
** Knowledge of local financial accounting standards.
** Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
** Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English.
