Key Responsibilities of the IT Specialist:
** Providing day-to-day IT support to hotel departments
** Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
** Assisting with installation, setup, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems
** Supporting system updates, upgrades, and basic IT projects
** Monitoring system performance and reporting technical issues
** Helping maintain IT documentation and follow company IT procedures
** Communicating with colleagues and external service providers when needed
Requirements for the IT Specialist:
** Experience in IT support or a similar role
** Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
** Hands-on and responsible approach to work
** Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and common software platforms
** Good communication skills and a service-focused attitude
** Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
** Interest in developing a career in IT within the hospitality industry
