Deloitte Georgia is pleased to offer exciting job opportunity for bright and proactive team players to join its Tax and Legal Department for the position of: Experienced Tax Consultant
Location: Tbilisi
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Tax Auditor to join our Tax Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of professional experience in tax auditing, preparation of tax declarations and a strong understanding of the Tax Code. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate and compliant tax reporting.
The successful candidate should have:
** University degree in Finance/Accounting/Audit.
** At least 4 years of work experience in Tax Audit, accounting and taxation fields (experience of working with accounting software package is a plus).
** In-depth knowledge of tax declaration procedures and the Tax Code.
** Ability to carry out Tax Audit, tax review projects and prepare reports regarding findings after concluding an Audit.
** Advanced written and oral communication skills in English.
** Proficiency in using office applications: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Outlook.
** Ability to work as a part of a team.
** A desire to continually improve.
Key Responsibilities:
** Conduct detailed tax audits and reviews in compliance with relevant tax regulations.
** Prepare, review and submit various tax declarations accurately and on time.
** Analyze financial statements to identify potential tax risks and optimization opportunities.
** Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Tax Code and related legislation.
** Communicate with tax authorities and clients regarding tax matters and audits.
