For our operations in Tbilisi, Georgia we are looking for a Finance Associate.
Our Company
GVC was founded in 2010 and is a leading service provider in the field of international VAT compliance. We deliver a range of VAT Compliance services:
** Preparation and filing of VAT/GST returns and related declarations
** VAT/GST registrations
** Fiscal representation
** VAT Advisory
** VAT Payments
** Assisting with administrative obligations and audits
GVC provides its services in more than 90 countries worldwide.
Responsibilities:
** Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
** Handling incoming invoices in our Accounts Payable portal (upload, review, checking to re-charge, booking, keep overview of pending invoices to process, weekly reporting)
** Handling mailbox in our Accounts Receivable portal (answer emails, send out reminders, preparation for corrections, weekly reporting)
** Contribute to budget planning and monitoring activities
** Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes for efficiency

Salary: NET 1700 GEL/month
Requirements:
** Previous studies in finance, accounting or related field
** Candidates who are interested in working in an international environment
** Willingness to learn, develop and contribute to a fast-growing company
** No previous experience is required. Recent graduates or students in the process of getting a Master`s degree would be highly recommended
** Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work with tight deadlines
** Self-starter that brings both interpersonal skills and creative problem-solving skills
** Working proficiency in English and looking for opportunities in international business
** Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
** Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Qualifications:
** Graduates of: Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accountancy / Bachelor Degree in Tax / Bachelor Degree in Economic Information
** A Master`s degree will be considered a strong asset
