Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer at Bloomex will play a key role in our marketing team, responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. This role involves the production of designs for a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, social media, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications, and corporate identity.
Key Responsibilities:
** Design Creation: Develop graphic elements that meet business and marketing needs.
** Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to conceptualize and execute visual strategies.
** Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand`s standards and overall marketing campaigns.
** Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion.
** Feedback Incorporation: Revise the work based on feedback from team members and marketing leaders.
Qualifications and Skills:
** Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work.
** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop.
** Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
** Attention to visual details and accuracy.
** Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.

** Confident in producing work across multiple platforms.
** Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas.
