Aptos team is looking for International Offices & Corporate Countries Lead

About the Role

APTOS is looking for a motivated and highly organized International Offices & Corporate Countries Lead to act as the key link between our country offices and global headquarters.

In this role, you`ll oversee communication, support Country Managers, monitor performance, and ensure operational alignment across our international offices. You`ll be essential in driving consistency, excellence, and strategic execution across all regions under your scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Coordination

** Serve as the main contact between Country Managers and APTOS HQ.
** Ensure clear communication of global strategies, updates, and policies to local teams.
** Organize regular online and in-person meetings to strengthen collaboration.
** Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Marketing, Training, Legal, Finance, etc.) to support country offices.

Performance Monitoring & Support

** Monitor the performance and operations of international offices.
** Review and consolidate financial reports, sales data, and strategic plans.
** Help Country Managers set clear goals and implement motivation systems for commercial teams.
** Assess team performance through regular reporting and analysis.

Issue Management & Problem Solving

** Identify operational risks and inefficiencies through data and insights.
** Collaborate with Country Managers to solve problems and escalate critical issues with proposed solutions.

Strategy Execution & Alignment

** Ensure country offices are aligned with global strategy, brand standards, and SOPs.
** Track implementation of key initiatives (education, marketing, sales, etc.).
** Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across countries.

Reporting & Insights

** Compile and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
** Deliver insights and strategic briefs to leadership, highlighting KPI trends, risks, and opportunities.
** Ensure reporting consistency and quality across all countries.

Operational Oversight

** Monitor SKU demand planning and inventory, ensuring minimum 3-month safety stock.
** Track product usage during events and trainings to prevent stockouts or waste.
** Analyze local market competition and track competitor activities.
** Support ongoing topics including budgeting, training logistics, and administrative processes.

Stakeholder Engagement

** Maintain regular contact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic clients in each market.
** Act as a project manager for all assigned tasks and initiatives at the country level.

What You`ll Deliver:

** Timely and accurate performance reports for leadership.
** Action plans and solutions for operational challenges.
** Clear communication briefings for HQ and Country Managers.
** Strategic alignment updates and best practice recommendations.
** SKU demand forecasts and inventory performance monitoring.
** Market and competitor analysis reports.

What We`re Looking For:

** Proven experience in international operations, coordination, or regional management roles.
** Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
** Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments and cultures.
** Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
** Experience in managing or supervising remote teams is highly desirable.
** Background in corporate sales, business operations, or market development is an advantage.

Job type/working hours:

** Full time position. Working days and hours are Monday-Friday, from 09:30 to 18:00. Office-based.
** Can be disucssed hybrid working regimen.

Other Duties:

Other tasks per company request, e/g/ support in presentation preparations, marketing documentation preparations and etc.
