About the profile:
Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a Windows Applications Engineer to join our team of professionals in Enterprise IT Department.
Responsibilities:
** Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize Applications and solutions based on the Microsoft Technology Stack
** Troubleshooting complex issues L2-L3 support
Requirements - Must have:
** B1 English is a must for this role
** Good communication and interpersonal skills, process-oriented approach, ability to create documentation and knowledge base articles
** Understanding of the ITIL ITSM methodology (Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, Change Management, CMDB, etc.)
3+ years of experience in supporting Enterprise applications andor delivering solutions based on one of the major Microsoft Infrastructure technologies:
** Windows Server Platform or onpremises solutions in all it variety
** Modern Workplace (SCCM andor Intune)
Requirements - Nice to have:
** Experience in User Management for Regulatory Application management like
** DocuBridge, Documentum or any other DMS/publishing solutions
** Qlik or similar data management platforms
** Experience on GxP environment operations
** Oracle/MSSQL knowledge to build and prepare queries
Seniority Level: Middle
Languages: English B1
