Duty Free Georgia is looking for the Junior Data Analyst to join our multicultural team in Georgia, Tbilisi Office.

Department: Operations
Reports To: Marketing and Sales Analyst
Position Summary:
The Junior Data Analyst is accountable for conducting data analysis, evaluating business processes, and identifying opportunities for optimization. Core responsibilities include gathering, processing, and analyzing data, as well as delivering data-driven analytical support to management for informed decision-making.
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Managing data processing and conducting in-depth analytics.
** Preparing analytical reports, data visualizations, and presentations.
** Conducting thorough market trend analysis and competitive landscape research.
** Identifying and evaluating opportunities for business process optimization.
** Assisting in the project development process by providing essential analytical support.
Qualification Requirements:
** Higher education in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field.
** 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
** Proficiency in data analysis platforms (BI systems, Power BI, Excel).
** Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and analytics.
** Fluency in English.
