Nestlé, the world`s largest food and beverage company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Georgia. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in driving our sales performance and market presence across the country. The position focuses on executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of Nestlé`s standards and practices in the Georgian market.
Key Responsibilities:
** Developing and implementing projects aimed at increasing sales, coverage, and visibility in channels: TT, Whole seller and Horeca.
** Improving the efficiency of investments in mentioned channels
** Ensuring product availability (MML, MSL) for the end consumer across responsible sales channels.
** Achieving dominance over competitors in all categories
** Implementing approved field work and merchandising standards.
Required Qualifications:
** University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
** Experience in implementing field execution standards across all sales channels in the FMCG market
** Experience in organizing and managing territorial sales through a distributor
** Experience in budgeting and promo strategy creation
** Experience in E-commerce development will be nice
** Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
** Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
** Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English
** 3 years of experience in a Sales Position
** Category B driver`s license
