Cliganic is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. If you`re passionate about delivering excellent service and thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, we want to hear from you!
What You`ll Do:
** Manage daily customer service operations across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and Cliganic.com
** Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency
** Collaborate with fulfillment, logistics, QA, and marketing teams to resolve issues
** Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to improve CX processes
** Track and report key service KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics
** Help implement CX policies and onboard new team members
What We`re Looking For:
** Native-level or excellent English (written & spoken)
** 1-2 years of experience in customer service or CX coordination, ideally in e-commerce
** Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
** Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and ownership
** Comfortable with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools
