International Logistics Company is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to become the part of friendly, multinational team of young professionals.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (Downtown- Vake district)

Job Profile:
Job Responsibilities:
** Based on client`s transportation specifics prepare initial price proposal, issue pro-forma invoice and final invoice (after the service is performed).
** Strategically plan and control clients` transportation orders, keeping track of container locations, making sure delivery is carried out as per client`s request. Preparing initial transportation instructions, checking/auditing additional transportation documentation along the way.
** Research different transportation options for cost optimization.
** Preparing end of month report on closed/in process/open orders.
** Based on previous performance, prepare for and anticipate roadblocks and delays in the process, to minimize overall transportation time.
** Managing Clients` requests (regarding cargo locations, necessary documentation, etc.) and/or referring them to appropriate departments. Responding and resolving client complaints.
** Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
Requirements:
** University degree in economics, Logistics (Supply Chain Management), Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
** Previous experience in a similar position of at least 2 years. Experience in sales and client service will be considered as an advantage.
** Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and in a team;
** Very good English, Russian and Georgian speaking and writing skills.
** Good Business Communication and Presentation skills.
** Computer Literacy: MS Office (Strong Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Skills).
** Strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact well with others, Research Skills, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Time Management Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality, Client Service, and Thoroughness.
Work Conditions:
** Competitive Payroll in GEL.
** 5 working days (from Monday to Friday) from 10:00am to 19:00 pm.
** Trial Period: up to 6 months.
