Job Title: JS Web Developer (Full Stack)
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (Hybrid: In-office & Remote)
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Design, develop, and maintain web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
** Build and maintain backend systems and APIs using modern Node.js.
** Create responsive, dynamic, and visually appealing front-end interfaces using React.js or Next.js
** Collaborate with designers, mobile developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
** Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
** Implement and manage third-party integrations, such as analytics and tracking tools.
** Ensure the security of web applications through best practices and modern tools.
** Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of web systems.
** Stay updated on emerging web development technologies and frameworks to incorporate into the platform.
Job Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
** 5+ years of relevant experience.
** Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
** Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
** Experience with CMS tools like Strapi or WordPress, is a plus.
** Strong front-end development skills with expertise in React.js.
** Familiarity with CSS preprocessors or frameworks like Tailwind.
** Familiarity with Git.
** Experience working with AWS cloud platform is a plus.
** Understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization.
** Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
** Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid in-office and remote setup.
