Open Position: Talent Attraction and Employer Branding Specialist
Location: Tbilisi, Company HQ, Kvemo Ponichala
Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM - 6PM

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

** Developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand in the market.
** Supporting employee lifecycle experience to ensure the company is a strong employer in market in terms of culture and employee conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

** Monitor recruitment trends and provide insights to enhance the company`s competitive position in the job market.
** Ensure smooth hiring for open positions.
** Develop and execute talent attraction strategies to support workforce planning needs.
** Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding and talent attraction activities.
** Plan and implement employer branding initiatives across digital and offline channels.
** Manage social media campaigns and content to promote the company`s culture and career opportunities.
** Build relationships with universities, professional networks, and external partners to strengthen talent pipelines.
** Organize and represent the company at career fairs, employer branding events, and networking opportunities.
** Organize staff events.

Requirements:

** Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
** Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or HR marketing.
** Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and social media platforms.
** Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
** Creative mindset with strong project management abilities.
** Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
** Fluency in English and Georgian is must.

Starting salary will depend on the candidate`s educational and professional back ground as well as competencies.
