About the Job:

Now we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Card Operations Manager to lead and manage all aspects of plastic card product operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of card issuance, usage, dispute resolution, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in card systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to support card-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

** Dispute & Chargeback Management
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cardholder disputes and chargebacks in compliance with Visa and relevant card scheme rules.
- Investigate disputed transactions and ensure accurate, timely processing of chargebacks, representments, and pre-arbitration cases.
Regulatory & Scheme Reporting
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports to Visa, National Bank of Georgia, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Monitor updates from card schemes and regulators; implement process changes as required.
** Settlement & Reconciliation:
- Reconcile settlements between the Processor, Sponsor Bank, Visa, and internal systems.
- Validate Visa invoices and resolve discrepancies.
** Client Support & Issue Resolution
- Serve as the key liaison between local Customer Support and Paysera Engineering teams.
- Address and resolve complex or non-standard card-related issues.
** Card Stock & Logistics Management:
- Oversee card inventory at the personalization bureau and manage restocking.
- Coordinate card production and ensure timely distribution of physical cards across Georgia.
- Maintain and update card templates, product features, limits, and fees.
** Fraud Monitoring & Risk Mitigation
- Monitor fraud alerts and evaluate the performance of fraud detection rules.
- Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to refine rules and respond to emerging threats.
** Cross-functional Collaboration
- Cooperate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to ensure service excellence and process efficiency.
- Provide operational insights to support new product development and process improvements.

Requirements:

** Bachelor`s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master`s degree or certifications are a plus).
** At least 2 years of hands-on experience in card operations, issuing, or banking operations.
** Strong understanding of card processing systems, compliance standards, and payment ecosystem.
** Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
** Strong communication skills in Georgian and English.
** Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
