Why We Need You:
We`re seeking a proactive Release Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our software and infrastructure releases. You`ll help manage timelines, facilitate communication across teams, and uphold compliance — ensuring every release is efficient, aligned, and disruption-free.
What You`ll Be Doing:
** Maintain and update release schedules in coordination with project timelines and business goals
** Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and business teams to manage dependencies
** Prepare and maintain release documentation including runbooks and deployment plans
** Provide timely status updates, risk assessments, and post-release summaries to stakeholders
** Assist in deployment activities, including monitoring and executing rollback plans when needed
** Ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM and change management policies
** Support post-release reviews and continuous improvement efforts
** Help manage tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and CI/CD platforms to track release metrics
What You Bring to the Team:
** 1-2 years of experience in release coordination, IT operations, or related roles
** Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and deployment workflows
** Familiarity with Agile, DevOps environments, and ITIL principles
** Proficiency in tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
** Strong organizational and multitasking skills
** Clear, effective communication — both written and verbal
** Keen attention to detail and a compliance-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
** ITIL Foundation certification
** Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
** Exposure to software development or infrastructure deployment processes
