Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated QA Tester who will initially focus on manual testing and gradually evolve toward test automation. You`ll be part of an agile development team working on enterprise solutions for the European insurance and banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
** Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and checklists for web-based applications
** Report and track bugs in close collaboration with developers
** Verify frontend and backend functionality during sprints
** Document QA results and ensure product quality
** Transition toward writing automated tests (e.g., with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium)
** Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control as automation matures
Requirements
** MUST-German language B1+
** 2-4 years of manual testing experience
** Understanding of QA processes, bug tracking, and SDLC
** Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar
** Eagerness to learn test automation and scripting
