Why We Need You
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing technical support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on and remote IT support across a broad range of systems, ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical issues efficiently. You`ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and maintain system stability and security across our organization.

Schedule Options:
** 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (includes 1-hour break)
** 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM (includes 1-hour break)
** 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM (includes 1-hour break)
What You`ll Be Doing
** Provide first-line IT support for users across various locations and time zones
** Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals
** Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
** Support Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, and access rights
** Manage Active Directory, email accounts, VPNs, and file-sharing permissions
** Monitor and maintain IT systems performance, escalating incidents as necessary
** Maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, hardware inventory, and change logs
** Collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams on updates, patches, and system hardening
** Support onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment provisioning, account setup)
** Respond promptly to IT service requests using internal ticketing systems
What You Bring to the Team
** Solid understanding of IT systems (Windows OS, hardware, networking basics)
** Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote desktop tools
** Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Freshservice, Zendesk)
** Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
** Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
** Good written and verbal communication skills
** A customer-first mindset and ability to support both technical and non-technical users
** Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay calm under pressure
** Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
** Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
** 1+ years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or service desk role
** Familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus
** Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications are a strong advantage (e.g., MTA, CompTIA A+, CCNA)
