Arci

Arci was established in 1989 as architectural company and started real estate construction in 1992. Arci is focused not on construction of separate buildings, but on the developing of residential districts. In several areas of Tbilisi, Arci developed 3 districts with the total area of more than 190.000 sqm. There are 500 families living in the districts developed by Arci. Arci is developing new districts in five areas in Tbilisi and also in Batumi.
