Key Responsibilities:

** Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding all services.
** Identifying and assessing service needs to achieve satisfaction.
** Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
** Collaborate with other departments & implement initiatives to enhance overall customer/employee satisfaction, loyalty, and retention;
** Resolving escalated service issues;
** Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
** Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
** Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
** Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
** Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
** Assisting customers to relevant institutions such as justice house and bank.
** Assist customer to register their apartments and utility bills.
** Assist Tbilisi HQ departments to implement and execute operations in Batumi.

Requirements:

** High sense of responsibility.
** In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
** Proficient in MS Office
** An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
** Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
** A team player with leadership skills
** Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills.
** Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
** Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
** Fluency in English is a must.
