CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and hardworking colleague to join our small, cozy boutique-style property with just 6 apartments and a total area of approximately 500 sq. m.
Our property offers a warm, homestyle atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and personally looked after. We are looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, is flexible, and is happy to assist with different aspects of daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Guest Reception & Hospitality:
** Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out.
** Be available throughout the day to assist guests with their needs and requests.
** Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests feel at home.
** Respond to guest inquiries and help resolve any issues.
2. Restaurant & Bar Service:
** Assist with serving breakfast, meals, and drinks.
** Take orders and provide friendly waiter service.
** Help with basic bar operations and maintaining the dining area.
** Ensure guests enjoy a pleasant and relaxed dining experience.
3. Occasional Housekeeping Assistance:
** The property has a dedicated cleaning lady responsible for regular housekeeping.
** Cleaning is not a primary or daily responsibility of this position.
** Occasionally, when additional help is needed, assist the cleaning lady with preparing guest apartments, changing bed linens, or light cleaning tasks.
** Maintain general tidiness in guest-facing areas as part of everyday hospitality duties.

** Small boutique-style property with only 6 apartments.

Language Requirements:
English - MANDATORY:
** Candidates must speak English at a conversational level.
** Perfect grammar, advanced vocabulary, or professional fluency is not required.
** However, candidates must be able to communicate independently with international guests, understand their requests, answer questions, and assist with everyday situations.
** Applications from candidates who cannot communicate in English will not be considered.
Russian - An Advantage:
** Knowledge of Russian would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
** Working Schedule & Seasonal Conditions
Start date: 10 December 2026
End date: 31 March 2027
Type of employment: Seasonal, live-in position.
Availability: Daily availability is expected throughout the season. No regularly scheduled days off are proposed.
Important information about the workload:
Although the position requires daily availability, this is a small property with only six apartments, so the workload is generally manageable.
There is usually plenty of free time during the day, particularly between guest check-ins, check-outs, and restaurant service.
Our previous employees often enjoyed considerable downtime during quieter hours, allowing them to relax and enjoy their personal time while remaining available when needed.
This is not a continuously busy job throughout the day. The role requires flexibility and responsibility, but the pace of work is generally relaxed compared with larger hotels.
Working hours, breaks, rest arrangements, and legally required days off will be confirmed in accordance with applicable employment law.
Accommodation & Meals Provided:
Free accommodation and food are included for the entire employment period.
** A small, comfortable shared room.
** Accommodation shared with a friendly female colleague.
** Separate beds are provided.
** Meals provided at no additional cost.
** As the accommodation is shared with an existing female staff member, we are seeking a female colleague for this live-in position, subject to applicable employment and accommodation laws.
Ideal Candidate:
** Friendly, polite, and guest-oriented.
** Responsible, reliable, and organized.
** Flexible and willing to assist with different tasks.
** Comfortable working in a small team.
** Conversational English is compulsory.
** Russian language skills are an advantage.
** Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
** Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
