About the role
micro1 is looking for psychologists with a PhD who are native Georgian speakers and fluent in English. You will use your clinical and academic knowledge to help AI systems understand mental health topics the way they are actually experienced and discussed in Georgia. You do not need any previous experience with AI; your professional expertise is what counts. This is not clinical work: you will not see or treat patients.
What you will do
** Review psychological case studies and case notes, and give detailed professional feedback on them.
** Write realistic, culturally grounded scenarios and training material on psychological topics, in Georgian and English, that are used to teach AI models.
** Check answers written by AI for accuracy, ethics and consistency with good psychological practice, and explain what is wrong and why.
** Make sure psychological assessments and concepts keep their meaning when they move between Georgian and English.
** Record your evaluations clearly and step by step, so others can follow and repeat them.
** Work with project teams from other disciplines and share your perspective as a psychologist.
Who we are looking for
** A PhD in psychology, with experience in both clinical work and academic work (teaching or research).
** Native or near-native Georgian and fluent English, including professional psychological vocabulary in each language.
** Strong analytical thinking and sound ethical judgement.
** Experience writing case studies or psychological assessments, or reviewing them.
** Clear, careful writing, especially when explaining nuanced ideas across the two languages.
** Comfortable working online with shared documents and remote collaboration tools.
