We are recruiting a Pre-Sales & Contact Manager for our partner, an established Georgian real estate advisory company specializing in the sales and marketing of development projects. Working alongside developers, the company helps turn project concepts into marketable products and commercial results.
The role
You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, helping them explore relevant property opportunities. Your focus will be to understand their needs, qualify incoming enquiries, maintain thoughtful follow-up and arrange consultations with the right Sales Manager. Accurate CRM records and a professional, welcoming client experience are central to this role.
Who we are looking for
** An attentive communicator who enjoys speaking with people, asks the right questions and follows through on commitments.
** At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, customer service, tele-sales, sales support or lead management.
** A completed or ongoing degree in business, marketing, communications, social sciences or a related field.
** Ability to identify customer needs, handle initial objections and turn enquiries into qualified appointments.
** Confidence using CRM systems, office applications and digital communication tools, with accurate data entry.
** Fluent Georgian; strong English or Russian is a significant advantage and may be required depending on the assigned project.
** An organized approach to follow-up, a service mindset and readiness to work shifts.
** Real estate experience is an advantage.
We offer
** Location: Tbilisi; on-site at the head office or a project sales office.
** Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:30
** Salary: GEL 1, 500 net Fixed + Bonus from Sales.
