We are now looking for a motivated specialist to join us and help maintain the standard our clients trust.
Travel Door Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the Sales Manager position.
Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
** Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and understand each client`s requirements, by phone where possible
** Clarify any missing information needed to prepare an accurate offer
** Prepare itineraries and quotations, suggesting suitable hotels, activities and transport
** Explain the available options clearly and advise clients on the best fit
** Manage revisions, customisations and changes requested by the client
** Follow up on every quotation in time (about 24 hours after sending), including by phone, and chase non-responsive clients
** Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while staying within approved margins
** Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business and recommendations
** Collect complete final requirements and passenger/customer details before handing over to Reservations
** Take part in the itinerary briefing before execution when required
Schedule: 40-hour work week
