GNS Georgia, as agent of one of the world`s largest container shipping companies COSCO Shipping Lines and Diamond Line GmbH, is announcing a vacancy for the position of sales and marketing specialist based in Tbilisi office.
Key Responsibilities:
** Pro-actively search, qualify, develop and engage into new customer relationships;
** Identify account needs, opportunities and key buying factors for existing customers, and formalize those factors into account plans and strategies;
** Support sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues;
** Perform regular and new customers sales calls;
** Prepare quotes and offers for customers, perform pricing and contract negotiations;
** Manage sales pipeline, segmentation and forecasting;
** Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis;
** Analyze data to identify sales opportunities;
** Develop promotional ideas and materials.
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in marketing, business administration, logistics or supply chain management;
** At least 2 years of experience in a proven sales function within a shipping or international forwarding company offering global sea freight services, logistics or supply chain management;
** Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian;
** Good knowledge of MS Office;
** Ability to build and maintain a strong network of customers;
** Good knowledge about market, competitor and industry trends;
** Ability to successfully manage negotiation process.
