Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) - Ukrainian-speaking - 100% Home Office
We are now looking for Ukrainian-speaking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) for the lixbus Inbound Project - one of the leading brands in European long-distance travel.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Flixbus passengers, assisting them with friendliness, empathy, and professional solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
** Handling Flixbus customer inquiries via phone and email.
** Responding to questions about bookings, schedules, baggage regulations, etc.
** Resolving customer issues, complaints, or rebookings.
** Documenting customer interactions in the CRM system.
** Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
Your Profile:
** Fluent Ukrainian (spoken and written).
** Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level) - required for training and system navigation.
** Previous experience in customer service, especially in travel/tourism, is a plus.
** Digital affinity and confident use of standard PC applications.
** Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
** Strong customer focus, patience, and excellent communication skills.
